At Stability 1st LLC, we understand that everyone has unplanned events that demand immediate attention and may require cancellation of appointments.

 

However, we ask that you be mindful that the appointment is set aside especially for you and that when you cancel an appointment, that visit is a time frame another patient could have received the care and treatment they needed.

 

Therefore, if you must cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged $75 for your missed appointment. Likewise, not showing up for a scheduled appointment will also incur a $75 no show fee. If you are more than 15 mins late for an appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment for another time, and your appointment time may not be extended.
